World Class Chemical Solutions
The Solventis group (comprising Solventis Ltd, Solventis Europe NV, Kilfrost Europe NV and Solventis Solutions Ltd) was established in 2002 and has shown steady and consistent growth over the years to become the trusted and respected name in the chemical industry that it is today, with a turnover of approximately €250m in 2023.
A stockist and bulk distributor of petrochemical solvents, we import a wide range of solvents into Europe from world class international suppliers around the globe. Our product range includes Alcohols, Ketones, Esters, Glycols and Glycol Ethers, Chlorinated Solvents, Hydrocarbons and Monomers.
Solventis also develops and manufactures antifreeze coolants to international standards, as well as aircraft de-icing fluids through our subsidiary, Kilfrost Europe, through our exclusive Licensing Agreement with Kilfrost Group PLC.
State-of-the-Art Chemical Distribution Centre
Our European purpose-built, state-of-the-art blending, storage, packing, and distribution facility lies in the port of Antwerp, Belgium. This stands out today as a truly exceptional facility which enables us to bring our European site operations together under one roof. With our own laboratory on-site we can ensure standards of quality as well as efficiency, safety and environmental awareness we feel are second to none.
UK Manufacturing Site
Our UK manufacturing operation, where we blend and manufacture automotive fluids, occupies a 10 acre site on the banks of the River Trent at Scunthorpe. Facilities include a quay for unloading seagoing vessels as well as a laboratory, storage tanks, blending plant and canning/drumming lines. Following significant investment this facility also houses our latest addition to the group – Solvenox – which produces the diesel exhaust fluid AdBlue° for the bulk and packed UK market.
